The apartment was clean and had location close to the farm, and beautiful beaches. All the staff were helpful, thanks a lot guys. Could use a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave, admired views of garden. I enjoyed its private bathroom. It was in a marvellous place;)))

This place was a relaxing base for visiting most attractions, and Kim was the best owner ever.

we had an amazing weekend trip in bodmin and demelza cottage exceeded our expectations! the owner, kim, was so welcoming and gave us great local tips. the location was perfect with easy access to the airport and attractions like heligan and eden project. the cottage itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. we even got to feed the animals on the grounds!

We were able to enjoy breakfast outside in the farm, surrounded by horses, dogs, ducks, and hens. the staff was friendly and helpful, even leaving fresh milk and baked cakes for our arrival. the apartment provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The spiral staircase to access the building could be challenging for those with mobility issues.
